One thing I had no clue that existed were Hotel Conventions and Expos, usually held in Las Vegas or another hot spot. The benefits of going to these are endless, especially if you are a furnishing contractor, hotel, interior designer, architect, and much more. With over 7000 attendees, it is the perfect opportunity to network, get your name out there, and hopefully partner with people and companies.
I feel it is imparative that business owners in the hospitality department, such as hotels, motels, and restaurants really take advantage of these opportunities and try to stay current with the latest hotel interior design and the upcoming hotel furniture's that are being created everyday. Similar to the fashion industry, buying hotel furniture can become such a challenge due to the everchanging industry.
