Ive found this to be true with hotels and hospitality venues. Many hotels are designed great, but portrayed poorly. It takes a great photographer and the know how to really accentuate the beauty of a well constructed room, as well as the interior design and all its components.

One aspect that is highly underrated is the amount of effort put into the furniture of the room. Every hotel has its own unique style, and "fingerprint," that makes it desirable to the occupant. Small, simple or complex subtleties can add just the right amount of flavor to a room or bedroom. Things such as the hotel chair, interior, pillows, shelves, and dressers can attribute to this factor. This is the reason for many gasps of awe when entering a high class hotel.

Hopefully one day we may all be able to stay in one and enjoy the refreshing creative getaway someone put so much effort into making.
